GEOMATRIX was formed by DJ Dheeraj & DJ Karry in 2005, and since then they have performed with the biggies in the DJ fraternity including stars like SuKetu, Nasha, Yusuf Kapasi, Talli, Akbar Sami, RDB , Manak-e to name a few and have been ROCKING both the bay area and varios cities in India

DJ DHEERAJ

It all started at a High School gigg where the protagonist had been invited and was hanging out with his friends and the music just didn’t seem to hold tempo, it was then Dheeraj asked the organizers, his chaddi pals to let him take charge. What happened next is totally FILMY ….he made people dance till the wee hours with 2 WINAMPS’s. If I remember correctly it was sometime in summer of ’98, when Saturday Nite, Scatman, and “I miss you” were still HOT

This nite was the making of DJ Dheeraj, the next 4 years was spent researching various genomes of music including house, trance, country, hip hop, and BOLLYWOOD this is where he learnt more about tempo, beat matching, bass, treble, mid etc. In 2002, Dheeraj started playing professionally and finessed in bollywood & punjabi music. Playing professionally for over 6 years Dj Dheeraj he gained both confidence and the love of the people.

Dj Karry began DJ’ing  5 years ago and has played alongside some of the hottest DJ’s in the nation while representing the Bay Area.Spinning the best of Bollywood, Remix, Bhangra, Hindi, Telugu, Hip Hop, House, Dance.
It all started with playing around a software called Ejay which basically made music out of some samples of music, he ended up making tracks for cultural events at school using a bunch of softwares including soundforge , sony acid pro, fruity loops, etc.  Karry got appreciation from his friends for the tracks which he had composed, since then he was hooked up to music, loves the power of music which can make people be on the floor during his entire set. He has been playing at various clubs and producing music and has played along some of the biggest in the industry including Akbar Sami, RDB, Manak-e, Junoon.
